ビボル＆チャン　現地運営奮闘記

このブログは、BOCがその運営形態の主体としている「スタッフ育成」の実践実習として、現地「BOC子供センター」のマネージャー・ビボルと、スタッフ・チャンが、日々の現地施設運営や活動についての奮闘記録を、いつも応援してくださってるサポーターの皆様へ、ご報告をさせて頂くコーナーです。

■ビボル＿毎日、子供達のこと、スタッフのこと、センター運営のこと、で頭を悩ましつつも、「自分はまだまだ十分じゃない」と、マネージャーとして更なる進化を模索中！
■チャン＿BOCの運営にてビボルをアシストするべく勉強中！その一環として日々の活動記録をレポートに綴ります。

Today all the children had gone to visit and have picnic at Baray lake that is a popular place in Siem Reap province. At there has too much water that's why make all the children are very happy to swim in the water. We go by take the Tuk Tuk drivers and one BOC car. We have lunch together at there in the sitting place. After finishing the lunch all the children take the bath and play the balls in the water. This is a holiday of the children for one day, so they are very happy to play and take rest at there with the food that had done from the center by the BOC's cook. It is very dilicious of the Khmer food.



今日は子供たち皆で、バライ湖という人口の湖に、ピクニックに出かけました。バライ湖は、シェムリアップ州では有名な場所です。水が豊富なので、泳ぐことも出来ます。トゥクトゥクとセンターの車で行って、到着後、昼食を取り、水遊びをしました。ちなみに、スタッフが作るクメール料理は、絶品です！さて、今日は、子供たちにとっては、1日だけの休暇日ではありましたが、とても充実した日になったようです。

The almost of the guests who come to visit our center are Japanese people because we have the office in Japan. Today in our center has one guest come to visit as well; she works in a tour company in Japan. She comes to visit in the center for understanding about the activities of our center and to know about Cambodia situation. Mr.Vibol had introduced about all of these and plays Khmer popular music to welcome to her. After that all the children try to speak in Japanese language and the children show her how to play Khmer music instruments to her and try to be friendly with each other. She comes to visit in the center from 9.00 o’ clock to 11.00o’clock in the morning. After that we had taken the picture altogether in front of the center. In the future not so far our center will have one school that will build near the center with the library as well. We are all happy because in the future we will let some children from outside come to study and read the books in our center. If they like to read the books, they could improve their selves to be better for their life.
In the afternoon Mr.Vibol and Mr.soul had taken the clothes to give the poor children a part of Siem Reap. All the clothes for the children and they are all very happy to have like that although we do not take too many for them…..



日本にオフィスのある、このBOCは、日本から多くのゲストがいらっしゃいます。今日は、日本で旅行会社にお勤めの女性に、ご来訪いただきました。BOCセンターの活動や、カンボジアの置かれている状況を知るためとのこと。VIBOLにて、BOCの活動概要をご説明したのち、クメールの歌謡曲を演奏し、ゲストもてなしました。その後、子供たちが、日本語を話したり、カンボジアの楽器を見せたりして、一緒に時を過ごしました。9:00〜11:00の2時間という滞在でしたが、最後にみんなでセンターの前で写真を撮りました。近い将来、センターは図書館を併設した学校を建設する予定です。学校があれば、外部からも子供を呼び寄せ、勉強したり、本を読んだりする場を提供できる事になります。識字能力を高められれば、より良い将来が開けます。まだまだ、十分な準備があるとはいえませんが、私たちにとってこの計画はとても喜ばしいものです。

Today in our center has two guests who came from France. They come for visiting all the children and listen to the children playing the Khmer traditional music. they are the teachers from French school and they listen to the children play the music and take the record one song that all the children sing, they say that they will take this song to France and teach to French students about the Khmer songs.



今日はフランスからゲストがいらっしゃいました。先生との事です。子供たちは、クメールの伝統音楽を演奏し、ゲストをもてなしました。そして、ゲストの皆さんは、センターの子供たちが歌ったある1曲を、国に戻ったら生徒に聞かせようと、録音されていました。

Today in our center Mr.Vibol and Ms.Keiko had lead all the staffs to make the meeting in the center to discussing about more projects that we all will make more in the center. Like to build the school and to fill the land more in the part that we had to build the school. And all the staffs have to think about the model of the school. And in December in our center will have the guests that is the big group from NTT group and they are Japanese people that they always support all the children and help us to build the center. These are very importance information that we all have to know.



VIBOLとKEIKOさんが、スタッフに対し、今後のプロジェクトについて説明をしてくださいました。学校を建設すること、そのために、さらに土地を埋め立てることなどです。今後スタッフは、学校の概要について、思案するよう言われました。12月には、NTTグループの方々がゲストとしてご来訪されます。NTTグループさまは、日本ではとても大きな団体で、いつも私たちの生活や、この新しいセンターの建設などを支えて下さっています。なので、今回のご来訪の知らせは、とても喜ばしいものです。早速お迎えの準備を始めようと思います。
