Children's Haiku

皆さんのご協力で、句会実験が終了しました。今回、外国人　６名も含めて、１８人の参加者でした。そして選句に際して、オープン選者
（投句なしで選句のみ）が５人参加されました。
今回の句会実験に関して、皆さんのコメントやご提案をいただければ
有り難いと思います。

of shower
onto my umbrella

《Jun》I can hear the onomatopoeic sound of a rhythmic drummer with every
drop of rain that hits my umbrella
《M. Kosiba》very comforting. just standing and listening
《Steve》
《ぬぬ太》実音が感じられる句は好きです（笑）。
《岩本》夕立の状況が目だけでなく、音からも感じとれます。
《久保寺》家の中で見ている雨と、外で自分の傘に落ちてくる雨とは
　　随分違うものですね。大きな音が聞こえ、振動も伝わってきました。
《佐藤佳代子》目に浮かぶようです
《曽根》雨の音をドラムのようだと見立てたのがおもしろいと思い
　　ました。
《敏夫》雨音が楽しそうです。

her face in the glow
of the cellphone screen

《Gene》alone, comforted by her own reflection
《Ian》This is unusual but I like the idea of a loved one's face
brightening a dull night.
《Tom》
《ぬぬ太》無粋な携帯の明かりを、キレイに詠まれたのに、ビックリ！
《原田》闇夜の雰囲気が良い。
《中山》月のない夜寒に写し出された笑顔が浮び、現代的な携帯電話と
　　月と言う古風なものの取り合わせが面白いです。
《北村》彼女は多分とても大切な人なのでしょう。

mourning dove
on the courthouse cannon

《Ian》What a sad sight. No food available
《Moran》I'm not sure I understand what a 'mourning' dove means,
but the scene and language is beautiful
《Mykel》"Courthouse cannon" has nice alliteration and there is
a strong kind of resonance between "mourning" (maybe the
result of someone else firing a cannon) and "cannon."
《赤井》ハトが大砲の上にいるなんて何と象徴的なのでしょう。
　平和を願う作者の気持ちが、つめたい雪を通して伝わってきます。
《中山》 なげきの鳩が小雪の中でより一層のあわれを誘っています。
　映画のワンシーンの様な美しい光景です。

《Gene》nature's action and reaction
《Mykel》I like this because of the allusion to Basho's furui ike,
without actually saying it. In this haiku, the frogs never ENTER the
pond. It's playful like the young frogs.
《Steve》
《岩本》young frogs 若いカエルの力が伝わってきます。
《曽根》若い蛙の動きが生き生きとしています。
《中村》リズムがよい。童謡を歌っているみたい。

《Jun》This clearly defines one's way of moving/pacing
himself/herself around in his/her own way - either
literally or figuratively.
《大島》全部の中で一番好きなhaikuです。
《原田》一歩一歩の歩みが目に浮かぶ。
《佐藤》いつもいつも　ゆっくりと
《北村》とても好きな句です。

《大島》幸せの情景が見えるようです。

《久保寺》日常生活の中で小さな幸せを見つけた時、俳句が書けるのか
もしれません。
《原田》冬の銀河を見て幸せを感じるのは羨ましい。
《佐藤》ひとり夜空を見上げる
《鈴木信子》私も寒い日は星がきれいなので見上げている

uncanny scenery

《ぬぬ太》海と赤い月、夜のフェリーで見るよーな幻想的な光景が、
いいなと印象に残りました。
《原田》観察力が鋭い
《中村》不気味さがにじみ出ている
《敏夫》大きな満月が目に浮かび、その赤さゆえに何かでてきそうな
雰囲気が感じられました。
《鈴木信子》above dark sea―この使い方が気に入った

《Ian》Images of elderly people exercising in parks. Starlings are grey
before their first winter. The mature and the immature.
《Moran》An endearing evocation of a Tai Chi scene, with the graystarling
providing context in nature

《ぬぬ太》以前、上野公園で太極拳を打ったときの、個人的心象風景を
惹起されまいた

《岩本》冬の情景から見つけた春。「かけら」という表現がいいですね。

《曽根》ちらほら咲き出した梅に春のかけらを見つけたところがいいと
　思いました。
《林》我家の庭で　春の気配を実感する　情景です

with snow fall

《Mykel》Again, nice sound scheme with the b's of BLADE and BENDS,
and the l's in blad, low, fall. There is also a kind of conquering image, as if
the snow triumphs forcing the grass to bow.

《大島》読んでいてテンポがいいです
《Tom》
《久保寺》細い葉が雪の重みに耐えながら、しっかりと受け止めている姿。健気で美しいですね。
《林》雪の降った朝の良く見る風景ですが何か自然のたくらみを感じます
