今日の業後は英語行ってきましたぁ。　Longevityについてディスカッションしてきた　("▽")イヒっ (旭化成風)

ってな感じで業後はよかった・・・。

午前中にハラワタが煮えくり返った。

What happend was I was really offended by one of the leader which is like a manager in our office.
I am belonged to the English team since I can communicate in English. The agents from English team normally deal with Japanese custs, but we also have English speakers as custs in the case we have custs who have hard time communicating in Japanese.
When someone in the office has an English speaker, they send English team an E-mail to let us know about him/her.
Normally, their E-mails start with "To English team" or "To (Agent's name),(Agent's name)" ...the agents' names is filled in the ().
What that leader does is putting only the other agent's name who's in the English team and he has never put my name on the assign e-mail. (He doesn't use "To English team" one.)It is very offensive and also it's enough to get my nerve.
If I am off-work, or if I was dealing with other cust and the cust who needs English speaker for the supporter as soon as possible, it is understandable.. still.
But in the case from today or the other days, there is no time limit, and the cust agreed that we can't promise certain time for calling back.
Is that manager trying to ignore me? Is that why he does that?
This is not first experience I've had. I have gotten same situations. It always happens when that manager sends English team an English assignment.
If it was the first time only and if it normally doesn't happen, I wouldn't upset like this. I could say "Oh well. It's what human being does. It is understandable there is a mistake".
But today, it was like fourth or fifth time, and my blood was almost boiling because of this anger.

People who were at the English class today adviced me that it is kind of a power harassment, then I should tell higer grade manager about this bitter experience.
I think I should too since I have been patient for being it that treatment.
He's obviously neglecting my existence. I have hard time even look at that person, or e-mails that he sends to all of the agents because of that.
I am trying to have talk with the other manager or I have hardly stand in that kind of situation anymore.

あ〜〜。スッキリしないけど、書きなぐったぁ〜〜。

先日のことをちょっと書きましょう〜〜。
16日ちょっとした人数でケーキバイキング行くことになってたんだけど・・・・急に人数減っちゃって。。。それでも、少人数で決行！！

また、その前の日取った金魚のうち1匹が次の朝、天に召されていたため、1匹じゃさびしいんじゃないかというのもあってまた、お祭りへ。金魚屋のおじさんが手伝ってくれたのもあり、新しく3匹が仲間入り("▽")イヒっ (旭化成風)

皆、元気に頑張ってます。("▽")イヒっ (旭化成風)

その日は一日本当に楽しんで、仕事のストレスとかすっかり忘れられて幸せだったわぁ〜〜。

人間関係安定してるのが、うちのオフィスのいいところだと思ってるのに。。。。
